Method :
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar,
poppy seeds and baking powder; set aside
- In a small bowl, combine milk, margarine,
egg product and lemon peel; stir into flour mixture until just
moistened.
- Spoon batter into 12 lightly greased 2.5
inch muffin pan cups
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20-22 minutes or
until lightly browned
- Serve warm
* For miniature muffins, use 36 1.5
inch muffin-pan cups. Bake for 14-16 minutes
