Mashed Chestnut Pancake Recipe

Ingredients :

1 can

1 cup

1 cup

1/4 teaspoon

1 tablespoon

mashed chestnut

flour

fresh milk

eggs

sugar

salt

melted butter

Method :
  1. Sift flour into a deep casserole.

  2. Add in 1/2 cup milk, sugar and salt.

  3. Stir slowly.

  4. Mix in the remaining milk and beaten egg.

  5. Blend to batter consistency.

  6. Then put in butter.

  7. Heat and grease a small frying pan.

  8. Add in suitable amount of batter to form a layer at the bottom of the pan.

  9. Gently fry into pan cake.

  10. Stuff mashed chestnut on pan cake.

  11. Roll and serve.
