Ingredients :
1 can
1 cup

2 tablespoons
1/4 teaspoon
1 tablespoon
mashed chestnut
flour
fresh milk
eggs
sugar
salt
melted butter
Sift flour into a deep casserole.
Add in 1/2 cup milk, sugar and salt.
Stir slowly.
Mix in the remaining milk and beaten egg.
Blend to batter consistency.
Then put in butter.
Heat and grease a small frying pan.
Add in suitable amount of batter to form a layer at the bottom of the pan.
Gently fry into pan cake.
Stuff mashed chestnut on pan cake.
Roll and serve.
