Nutty Chocolate Bars Recipes

Ingredients :

Base

B Mix Together

butter cut into cubes

cinnamon powder

brown sugar

all purpose flour

eggs

corn syrup

castor sugar (or icing sugar)

butter melted

corn flour

hazelnut chopped

almond flakes

Kellogg's Corn Flakes crushed

chocolate chip

1. Mix all base ingredient till resembles fine breadcrumbs

2. Compress ingredient in a rectangular baking tray 30cm X 18 cm

3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes or till golden brown.

4. Cool Base

Topping:

1. Beat ingredients in A

2. Add in butter and all other ingredients in B

3. Pour mixture onto baked base

4. Rebake cake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes or till golden brown

5. Cool cake and cut into bars
