Olive Seed Cake Recipe

sugar

eggs

olive seeds

evaporated milk

baking powder

corn oil

flavor oil

1. Sift flour and baking powder together.

2. Place together with sugar in a large bowl.

3. Beat eggs.

4. Add in flour mixture by 2 times.

5. Stir well to make a dough.

6. Gradually pour in evaporated milk.

7. Mix to batter consistency.

8. Fold in corn oil and sesame oil.

9. Mix thoroughly.

10. Pour all ingredients in a greased steaming tray.

11. Steam for 30 minutes over high heat.

12. Ready to serve.
