Method :

Preheat oven to 180C.

Grease a 33cm guglhupf tin.

Sift flours, soda and cinnamon three
times into a bowl.

Stir in sugar and nuts.

Beat eggs, oil and banana until
smooth.

Pour over flour mixture.
-
Add vegetables, beat until blended.
-
Spoon into prepared tin and bake for
45 minutes until brown and firm.
-
Cool before serving.
Makes 1 cake
