Special Banana Cake Recipes

whole meal plain flour

white plain flour

bicarbonate of soda

cinnamon

brown sugar

chopped nuts

eggs

vegetable oil

mashed ripe banana

shredded zucchini and carrot

1. Preheat oven to 180C.

2. Grease a 33cm guglhupf tin.

3. Sift flours, soda and cinnamon three times into a bowl.

4. Stir in sugar and nuts.

5. Beat eggs, oil and banana until smooth.

6. Pour over flour mixture.

7. Add vegetables, beat until blended.

8. Spoon into prepared tin and bake for 45 minutes until brown and firm.

9. Cool before serving.
