1 teaspoon
1/4 teaspoon
B Mix Together
100 g
1/4 cup
butter
sugar
egg
zest of lemon
self raising flour
ginger powder
cinnamon powder
Kellogg's Corn Flakes (crushed)
red cherries
almond (chopped)
Cream ingredients in A till light and fluffy.
Add in egg yolk and zest of lemon, beat for 1/2 minute
Fold in sieved mixture
Add in B and mix well
Shape small portions of dough onto a greased baking tray
Bake cookies in a preheated oven at 175°C for 15 minutes or till golden brown
