B Mix Together

1 cup

1/2 cup

For Coating

butter

castor sugar (or icing sugar)

egg

vanilla essence

milk

 

self-raising flour

baking soda

 

chopped roasted peanuts

toasted desiccated coconut

toasted and grounded sesame seeds

Kellogg's Corn Flakes

 

red cherries cut into squares

Method :
  1. Cream ingredients in A till light and fluffy.

  2. Add in egg and essence, beat for a minute

  3. Add in flour and milk

  4. Put in all ingredients in B and mix well

  5. Shape dough into small balls and coat with Kellogg's Corn Flakes

  6. Place balls into paper cups

  7. Decorate with cherries

  8. Bake in a preheated oven 180°C for 15 minutes or till golden brown
