Vanilla Butter Cake Recipes

Ingredients :

butter

granulate white sugar

evaporated milk

vanilla essence

round cake tin

Method :
  1. Preheat oven at 180 degree C.

  2. Mix butter and white sugar in a mixing bowl and beat until creamy.

  3. Add one egg at a time and beat until smoothly mixed.

  4. Sift self-raising flour and baking powder together for 2-3 times.

  5. Alternately fold in shifted flour and milk and mix well.

  6. Add in vanilla essence and mix well.

  7. Pour into a greased and floured cake tin and bake at 180 degree C for 40 minutes.

Note :

a) Evaporated milk can be replaced by sweetened condensed milk.

b) Add/Reduce sugar to taste.

c) Square cake tin of similar size can be used in replacement of the round cake tin.
