Zesty Orange Cookies Recipes

Ingredients :

Sieve

1 cup

1/2 teaspoon

1 table spoon

For coating

1.5 cup

butter

icing sugar

cream cheese

flour

ginger powder

orange rind

egg (lightly beaten)

Kellogg's Corn Flakes lightly crushed

1. Cream ingredients A till light and fluffy.

2. Add in orange rind and sieved ingredients

3. Form small balls with dough

4. Dip in egg and coat with Kellogg's Corn Flakes

5. Place dough on a greased baking tray

6. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 170°C for 15 minutes or till golden brown.
