Deep Fried Adzuki Bean Rolls Recipes

Ingredients :

3/4 cup

bean curd sheet

adzuki beans

sugar

water

Method :
  1. Clean bean curd sheet with a damp cloth.

  2. Cut into small pieces and set aside.

  3. Soak adzuki beans for 2 hours, water should be sufficient enough to cover the content.

  4. Drain and place in a deep casserole.

  5. Add water and steam for 1 hour over high heat until adzuki beans are tender.

  6. Put adzuki beans and sugar in wok.

  7. Continue to fry over medium heat until sugar has dissolved.

  8. Cool and chill for 2 hours.

  9. Remove and divide into small portions.

  10. Spread out bean curd sheet and put on adzuki beans.

  11. Work into rectangular parcels.

  12. Deep fry until golden brown.

  13. Dish up and serve.
