Chocolate Glaze Recipes

Ingredients : |

dark chocolate, chopped
unsalted butter
instant coffee |
Method :
-
Melt butter, chocolate and coffee over
simmering water.

Stir until all the chocolate has
melted.
-
Leave to cool at least 2 hours,
stirring occasionally until the glaze thickens.
-
Pour over cold cake and serve.
