Chocolate Glaze Recipes

Ingredients :

125gm

1 tsp

dark chocolate, chopped

unsalted butter

instant coffee

Method :
  1. Melt butter, chocolate and coffee over simmering water.

  2. Stir until all the chocolate has melted.

  3. Leave to cool at least 2 hours, stirring occasionally until the glaze thickens.

  4. Pour over cold cake and serve.
