Method :

Preheat oven to 180C and grease an 18
x 28cm shallow tin.

Combine honey, butter, vanilla,
cinnamon and eggs in a bowl.

Stir in flour and muesli, beating well
to mix.

Pour batter evenly into prepared tin
and bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and firm to touch.

Remove from the oven.

To prepare topping: place chocolate,
icing sugar, milk and butter in the top half of a double saucepan.

Stir over hot water until smooth.

Spread over hot slice.

Sprinkle with walnuts and cool in pan.

Cut into slices to serve.
