Chocolate Peanut Bites Recipes

Ingredients :

3/4 cup

2 cups

1 cup

20g

icing sugar

brown sugar

butter, softened

peanut butter

unsalted peanuts (optional)

dark chocolate

extra butter

1. Beat together sugars and butter until blended - mixture will be crumbly.

2. Mix in peanut butter and nuts, if using.

3. Press into an ungreased 30 x 25 cm tin, smoothing the surface.

4. Melt chocolate with the extra butter until smooth.

5. Spread over peanut layer.

6. Stand until set, cut into 2.5cm pieces.
