Method :

Combine nuts, dates, sultanas,
coconut, flour, cocoa and icing sugar in a large bowl; set aside.

Stir chocolate, butter and jam
together in a medium saucepan over low heat until melted, mix well.

Pour mixture into fruit mixture, mix
well with a metal spoon.

Spoon mixture into a 23cm greased and
lined flan dish, pushing into corners with spoon.

Bake at 180C for 35 minutes.
