Ingredients :
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 cup coconut
125g rice bran
Mix the condensed milk and peanut butter together very well then stir in the chopped nuts, coconut and rice bran.
Form into balls and place on a baking sheet.
Flatten with a fork and bake for 15 minutes.
These tend to burn, so watch them with care.
Oven 350F
Makes 24 slices
