Dark Chocolate Cups with White Chocolate Ricotta Filling Recipes

cream cheese, softened
butter, softened
ricotta cheese
vanilla essence
icing sugar
white chocolate, melted
Method :
Using 4 paper patty cases per shell
for support, brush 8 sets of shells with the dark chocolate, chill
to set.
Peel off all layers of paper cases and
set aside to chill. Combine cream cheese, butter, ricotta,
essence and sugar in a blender or food processor, blend until
smooth. While motor is operating, pour in
melted white chocolate, blend until smooth. Transfer mixture into a medium bowl
and chill for 1 hour to firm up. Spoon a tbsp of mixture into
each case and chill before serve.
