Method :

To make cake: sift dry ingredients
together, then stir remaining cake ingredients.

Beat 2 minutes, line a deep, 20cm cake
tin, spoon mixture into tin.

Bake at 180C for 35-45 minutes or
until cooked.

Cool, then slice cake into 3 layers.

To make chocolate cream: melt 90g
chocolate with cream, sugar and cocoa.

Cool, beat cream until thick and use
to fill layers and coat the top of the cake.

Melt remaining chocolate and spread
out onto a cool surface to solidify.

Using a sharp knife, scrape across the
top of the chocolate to form chocolate rolls.

Use these to decorate the top of the
cake.
