Light Chocolate Cups with Chestnut Mousse Recipes

Ingredients : |

white chocolate, melted
chestnut puree
butter, softened
Tia Maria
cream cheese, softened
ricotta cheese
icing sugar
dark chocolate, melted |
Method :
-
Using 4 paper patty cases per shell
for support, brush 8 sets of shells with the melted white chocolate.

Chill until set, peel off all layers
of paper cases and set aside in refrigerator.

In a blender of food processor,
combine chestnut puree with the butter, Tia Maria, cream cheese,
ricotta cheese and icing sugar until smooth.

While motor is operating, sour in
melted chocolate.

Chill for 1 hour to firm up.

Spoon a tbsp of mixture into each cup
and chill until ready to serve.
