White Chocolate Fondu Recipes

Ingredients :

250g

3/4 cup

1 packet

1 cup

1 cup

white chocolate, chopped

thickened cream

brandy

wooden skewers

punnet strawberries, hulled and quartered

marshmallows, halved

green seedless grapes

1. Combine chocolate, cream and brandy in a medium saucepan over low heat.

2. Stir constantly until chocolate has melted and mixture is smooth.

3. Pour mixture into a medium bowl and set aside to cool to room temperature.

4. Cut skewers in half, discard bottom halves.

5. Thread a piece of strawberry, marshmallows and a grape onto each skewer.

6. Serve with chocolate dipping sauce.
