Champagne Cocktail Christmas Drink Recipe

Method:

1. Place a lump of white sugar in a Champagne flute and moisten with a dash of Angostura bitters.

2. Add 10ml of your favorite brandy, then top up with either Champagne or sparkling white wine.

3. Garnish with a strawberry.
