Ingredients :

8 tablespoons
1 cup

kiwi fruit
corn flour
sugar
fresh milk
eggs
Skin and dice kiwi fruit.
Work 1/2 cup of water into corn flour.
Blend Well.
Bring 1 cup of water to the boil over low heat with sugar, milk and corn flour solution.
Keep on stirring in one direction before it boils.
Beat eggs and gradually add in the mixture.
Stir well.
Remove from heat.
Add in kiwi fruit.
Chill until set.
Ready to serve.
