Plantation Pudding Recipes

Ingredients : |
1 large
onion
1 cup corn
kernels, frozen or fresh
2 large
tomatoes
butter
salt,
pepper, basil
whole meal
crumbs, fresh |
Method :
- Grease 1 liter casserole with
butter and place ingredients in layers, this : onion slices, corn,
tomato slices, pepper, salt and basil.
- Dot with butter and repeat until
ingredients are all used up.
- Top with crumbs and a last dot or
two of butter.
- Bake slowly and serve in spoonfuls
with a pancake luncheon.
