Whole meal Macaroni Pudding Recipe

Ingredients :

50 g

575 ml

25 g


100 g

whole meal shortcut macaroni


brown sugar

egg, beaten

dried apricots, soaked and drained

Method :
  1. Heat the oven to 180oC (350oF), Gas 4.
  2. Grease a baking dish.
  3. Put the macaroni and milk into a pan, bring just to the boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until tender.
  4. Remove from the heat, stir in the sugar and leave to cool slightly.
  5. Stir in the beaten egg.
  6. Arrange the apricots in the base of the dish and pour on the macaroni.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is brown.
  8. Serve hot.
