Apricot Sauce Recipes

Ingredients :

apricot sauce

2 tbsp cornstarch

Method :

Measure apricot juice and add water to make 2 cups (500ml) liquid. Put about 1/4 cup (60ml) of this liquid in a small dish. Add cornstarch and stir until smooth. Heat rest of apricot juice to boiling and stir in cornstarch mixture gradually. Bring back to a boil over high heat and boil 1 minute. Serve warm.
