Brandy Butter Recipes

1. Using electric beaters, beat 250g softened, unsalted butter and 1.5 cups sifted icing sugar until smooth and creamy.

2. Gradually add 1/4 cup brandy, beating well.

3. Chill until required.

4. Makes about 1 cup.
