3 large oranges, peeled, sectioned and cut
in small pieces
Mix cornstarch and sugar thoroughly in
medium saucepan. Add orange juice gradually, stirring until smooth. Add
lemon juice and pineapple, stirring until smooth. Add lemon juice and
pineapple. Stir to blend. Set over high heat and heat to boiling,
stirring constantly. Turn down heat and continue boiling and stirring 5
minutes. Stir in orange pieces. Keep hot until serving time.
Note: Stir pineapple before measuring,
then spoon both fruit and juice into measuring cup.
