Liqueur Sauce Recipes

Ingredients :

4 egg yolks

2 tbsp sugar

1/4 cup coffee liqueur

1/3 cup whipping cream, whipped

Method :

Beat egg yolks in top of double boiler until thick. Beat in sugar gradually and continue beating until very thick and lemon-colored. Set over simmering water and beat in coffee liqueur slowly. Beat until mixture is fluffy, about 5 minutes. Set in ice water and beat until cold. Fold in cream. Chill until serving time.
