Ingredients :
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
pinch salt
1 1/2 cups orange juice
1 tbsp butter
1 orange, peeled, sectioned and diced
Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt thoroughly in medium saucepan. Stir in orange juice gradually, stirring until smooth. Set over high heat and bring to a boil, stirring 1 minute. Stir in butter. Keep warm. Stir in orange bits at serving time.
