Peeling and Segmenting an Orange:
-
Using a
serrated knife, cut a thin slice from each end of the orange to
expose the flesh.

Cut off
the peel, removing the white pith.

Hold the
fruit over a bowl to catch the juice.
-
Cut each
segment between the membranes.
-
Squeeze
out the juice.
