  1. Using a serrated knife, cut a thin slice from each end of the orange to expose the flesh.

  2. Cut off the peel, removing the white pith.

  3. Hold the fruit over a bowl to catch the juice.

  4. Cut each segment between the membranes.

  5. Squeeze out the juice.
