Peeling a Pineapple

Peeling a Pineapple:

1. Cut the pineapple across into slices of the desired thickness.

2. Use a small, sharp knife to cut off the rind.

3. Hold each slice upright and cut out the "eyes".

4. Remove the central core of each slice with an apple corer.
