out of overly soft white or brown bread, especially breads with
sugar added. You want crusty bakery breads or a sliced baguette for
this.

bread until it's too hard, crunchy, and breakable - you want it just
slightly chewy.

Be too
sparse with the olive oil and garlic - give it a good brush of oil
and a firm rub with the garlic for best flavor.
