Divide pastry
into two equal pieces. Roll out first half and cover base of lightly
greased biscuit tray. Mix fruit and cinnamon and spread evenly on
pastry. Roll second half of pastry and place over fruit. Prick surface
of pastry with fork or skewer, brush with milk and bake for 30 minutes
or until pastry is beginning to brown. Stand on cake rack for 5 minutes,
loosen around the edges and turn out. Cool and cut into 16 even pieces.
