In a frying
pan, combine fruit and juice and simmer gently for approximately 5
minutes until fruit heats through and softens. Drain off juice and set
aside. Add brandy to pan, heat and ignite with a match or lighter. Stir
fruit gently and allow brandy to burn out. Pour juice back into pan and
reheat. Divide fruit evenly between pancakes or crêpes and roll up or,
if using crêpes, fold into flour to make triangles.
