Melt
margarine, then pour into biscuit crumbs and mix. Spread over base and
up sides of pie dish. Press well to make an even, firm crust. Bake 10
minutes. Cool. Mix ricotta, apple concentrate, raisins, lemon rind and
spices. Beat egg and combine with milk. Mix it with other ingredients.
Blend well. Pour into pie dish. Bake for 30-45 minutes until set and
lightly browned. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon and serve.
