Bring water to the boil. Add sugar and lower the heat. Stir in flour to batter consistency. Remove from heat. Add in 1 egg. Blend well. Repeat the above process until 4 eggs
have been added to batter.
Bring oil to the boil. Turn on medium heat. Spoon batter into boiled oil. Deep fry until golden brown. Dish up. Sprinkle with sugar. Ready to serve.
