Chocolate Mousse (mousse au chocolat) Recipe

Ingredients :

200g plain chocolate

6 tbsp strong black coffee

3 eggs

6 tbsp sweetened condensed milk

Method :

Grate the chocolate into a saucepan and slowly melt with the coffee over a low heat, stirring occasionally to make a smooth cream. Beat the egg yolks and the condensed milk and then add the chocolate cream. Whip the egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture of eggs and chocolate. Put into a serving bowl and freeze in the refrigerator for about 4 hours before serving.

Serves 6
