Ingredients :
1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
2 tbsp salad oil
pinch of salt
pinch of dry mustard
pinch of sugar
shake of pepper
Put all the ingredients into a jam jar with a screw top or a plastic beaker with a leak-proof lid. Shake well together until thoroughly mixed. Shake again just before use.
