Make the crepes following the recipe
instructions. Slide each one out of the pan and sprinkle with a
tablespoon of the Grand Marnier and a little sugar. Roll up and serve at
once.

Nothing is more welcome after a day's
skiing than a hot crepe, well-laced with Grand Marnier. Crepe kiosks
selling these thin pancakes straight out of the pan, abound in most
French ski resorts.
