Heat oven to 375F (190C). Butter a square
baking dish about 8 x 8 x 2 inches (20.5 x 20.5 x 5cm). Combine rhubarb,
sugar, 1/4 cup (60ml) flour and cinnamon and put in prepared baking
dish. Pour water over all. Combine 1 cup (250ml) flour, rolled oats,
brown sugar and melted butter, mixing with a fork to make a crumbly
mixture. Sprinkle over rhubarb. Bake 35 minutes or until rhubarb is
tender. Serve warm with cream.
