Berry Ice Blocks Recipes

  1. Puree 300g mixed berries in a blender until smooth (reserving a few berries for decoration if you want).

  2. Push the mixture through a sieve and add 2 tsp lemon juice.

  3. Sweeten to taste with icing sugar.

  4. Pour the mixture into 4-6 plastic ice block moulds, dropping any reserved berries into the mixture, and freeze for 30 minutes, and freeze for 30 minutes.

  5. Add the ice block sticks and refreeze for 150-180 minutes, or until the mixture is frozen solid.
