Puree 300g
mixed berries in a blender until smooth (reserving a few berries for
decoration if you want).
Push the
mixture through a sieve and add 2 tsp lemon juice.
Sweeten to
taste with icing sugar.
Pour the
mixture into 4-6 plastic ice block moulds, dropping any reserved berries
into the mixture, and freeze for 30 minutes, and freeze for 30 minutes.
Add the ice
block sticks and refreeze for 150-180 minutes, or until the mixture is
frozen solid.
