Method :

Beat butter and sugar together until
light and creamy, add vanilla and cocoa, beat until well combined.

Fold in sifted flours and spoon
mixture into a large piping bag fitted with a large fluted pipe.

Pipe mixture into shapes onto lightly
greased baking trays.

Bake at 180°C for 12-15 minutes, cool
on trays.

Dip ends of each biscuit into melted
chocolate and set aside to cool until chocolate is set.

Dust with icing sugar.
