Lemon Tequila Sorbet Recipes

Ingredients :

1 cup

1.5 cups

1 tbsp

1 tbsp

1/3 cup

1/3 cup

1 tbsp

1 cup




hot water

freshly squeezed lemon juice


grated lemon rind

canned evaporated skim milk

Method :
  1. Combine cup of water with sugar, boil 5 minutes.

  2. Meanwhile dissolve gelatine in hot water.

  3. Add to syrup, stir until well combined.

  4. Add lemon juice, tequila and lemon rind.

  5. Cool, combine with milk.

  6. Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour.

  7. Place mixture into an ice-cream machine and process according to manufacturer's instructions.
