Peach and Yoghurt Ice Blocks Recipes

  1. Peel and remove the seed from 6 ripe peaches and puree the flesh in a blender or food processor.

  2. Add 2 tbsp plain yoghurt and mix well.

  3. Sweeten to taste with 1-2 tsp caster sugar.

  4. Pour the mixture into 6 plastic ice block moulds and freeze for 30 minutes.

  5. Add the ice block sticks and refreeze for 150-180 minutes, until become frozen.
