Coconut Bananas Recipe

Ingredients :

small bananas

clear honey

desiccated coconut

desiccated coconut, toasted

orange, quartered (garnish)

Method :
  1. Heat the oven to 180oC (350oF), Gas 4.
  2. Grease a shallow baking dish.
  3. Peel the bananas and brush them with the melted honey.
  4. Roll them in coconut and arrange them in the dish.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning once, until the coconut is crisp.
  6. Sprinkle with toasted coconut and decorate with the orange wedges.
  7. Serve hot.
