Method :
- Heat the oven to 180oC (350oF),
Gas 4.
- Grease a shallow baking dish.
- Peel the bananas and brush them with
the melted honey.
- Roll them in coconut and arrange them
in the dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning once,
until the coconut is crisp.
- Sprinkle with toasted coconut and
decorate with the orange wedges.
- Serve hot.
