Method :

Soak the apricots and peaches in water
for 1-2 hours, until plump, then drain and halve or quarter them.

Peel and core the pear and apple and
cut into cubes.

Peel the orange with a sharp knife,
removing all the pith, and cut into wedges.

Place all the fruit in a saucepan with
the berries.

Add 600ml cups of water, the cinnamon,
sugar and honey and bring to the boil.

Cover and simmer very gently for 10-20
minutes, then remove the pan from the heat.

Stir in the lemon juice.

Allow to cool, then pour into a
serving bowl and chill for 1-2 hours before serving.
Serves 4
This is a wonderful combination of fresh
and dried fruits.
