Method :
- Cut the oranges in half, cut away the
flesh from each section, and discard the tough membranes.
- Pile the contents of 3 orange halves
into each of 4 half orange shells.
- Mix together the cinnamon and sugar.
- Just before serving heat the grill and
sprinkle the sugar over the 4 oranges halves.
- Place under the grill until the sugar
bubbles and the oranges are heated through.
- Serve at once.
