Mix the rice and chick pea flour
with all the other dry ingredients. Rub the ghee evenly into the flour
and then add in enough coconut milk to from a soft dough. Heat oil and force the dough into
the oil in circles using the special Murukku presser. Fry a few at a time on medium heat
until golden brown and crisp, lift out and drain on absorbent paper. Serve warm or cool completely and
store in an airtight container.

If Murukku presser is not available, use
an icing bag with a star nozzle.
