Method :
- Mix a little milk with the ground
rice into a smooth cream.
- Bring the rest of the milk to boil
with sugar.
- Stir constantly with a wooden
spoon.
- Remove from heat and add the
ground rice mixture.
- Return to heat, stirring
constantly until the mixture boils and thickens.
- Boil, stirring for another 3-5
minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Sprinkle in cardamom, rose essence
and half the almonds.
- Pour into individual dessert bowls
and garnish with the remaining almonds and silver paper.
- Chill before serving.
