Peanut Crunch Recipes

Ingredients :

1 oz butter

8 oz peanut butter

5 oz icing sugar

4 oz rice krispies

6 oz plain chocolate

Method :
  1. Melt the butter and peanut butter in a pan.
  2. Stir in the icing sugar, then add the rice krispies and mix well.
  3. Spread the mixture in a swiss roll tin, pressing to level the surface.
  4. Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water and pour it over the peanut mixture.
  5. Leave to set in the refrigerator, then cut into squares.

Serves 20
