Method :
- Melt the butter and peanut butter
in a pan.
- Stir in the icing sugar, then add
the rice krispies and mix well.
- Spread the mixture in a swiss roll
tin, pressing to level the surface.
- Melt the chocolate in a heatproof
bowl set over a pan of simmering water and pour it over the peanut
mixture.
- Leave to set in the refrigerator,
then cut into squares.
