4 oz butter
2 oz sugar
1 tsp golden syrup
4 tsp drinking chocolate powder
4 oz digestive biscuit crumbs
4 oz desiccated coconut
extra desiccated coconut for coating
- Heat the butter, sugar and syrup
in a pan until the sugar has melted.
- Remove from the heat and stir in
the drinking chocolate powder, biscuit crumbs and coconut.
- Roll the mixture into balls.
- Spread out the coconut for coating
on a plate and roll the balls in the coconut until coated.
