Snowballs Recipes

Ingredients :

4 oz butter

2 oz sugar

1 tsp golden syrup

4 tsp drinking chocolate powder

4 oz digestive biscuit crumbs

4 oz desiccated coconut

extra desiccated coconut for coating

1. Heat the butter, sugar and syrup in a pan until the sugar has melted.
2. Remove from the heat and stir in the drinking chocolate powder, biscuit crumbs and coconut.
3. Roll the mixture into balls.
4. Spread out the coconut for coating on a plate and roll the balls in the coconut until coated.
